Testing & Consulting Inc. is headed by Keith Holtze and Lesley Novak. Keith
has been managing the laboratory division since its inception in 1987.
Lesley joined the group in 1994. Originally owned and operated as BAR
Environmental Inc., the company was acquired by ESG International Inc. in
1997 and subsequently Stantec in 2003. In September 2007, AquaTox was formed
as an independent entity.

AquaTox is accredited by CALA and a recognized GLP ecotoxicity testing laboratory.
AquaTox's ecotoxicology facility has been accredited by the Canadian Association for Laboratory Accreditation Inc. (CALA; formerly CAEAL) since 1994.
AquaTox also provides comprehensive Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Testing services in support of international product registration, having obtained recognition as a GLP compliant facility by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC).
